I eat my words – Real Estate Weekly Market Update

I'm with Dan Polimino ColoradoDreamHouse.com and update this week! the last week of June and the first week of July, I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend ahead.

Well, this week I talk about the fact that I eat my words. Only a few weeks I wrote about the gap between buyers and sellers and I mean that has not been reduced, as was as wide as possible. Buyers do not agree with the suppliers. The sellers do not like the buyers and vice versa, and was very agitated.

Well, here. No sinner can I put this question, let some buyers coming'm helping Virginia. They were the most beautiful people world. We saw about 40 houses before finding a home for themselves and put under contract, but during the whole process could not be easier. They were very respectful of my time and very friendly salespeople. In the end, when she reached under contract, he made an offer, sellers countered the offer. My buyers accepted, there was almost absolutely no negotiations of any kind. Everyone was perfectly reasonable and that buyers were returning to Virginia, who wanted to stop and see the house and before going to the airport, he stopped and looked at the house and left two bottles of wine and a card for those who sold the house.

Now, I do not know what was on the card, but I can only assume it was a very constructive discussion interesting how they are excited to buy this house. And then, as I left, I could not thank him enough for you help find your home and gave me a gift as well.

Just fully restored my faith in people and in the process of real estate transactions fair when I thought it was as ugly as could be, the people of Nice came from Virginia. Well, I know it's a bit a long history, but I think it was worth it counted. I hope everyone has a great fourth weekend in July.
